Regular sanitizing of all frequently touched surfaces are being sanitized 4 or more times a day or as much as possible
We have installed hand sanitizers at all entry and exit points for guest and staff to use.
We have installed a protective screen in the front of reception so that there is a barrier between reception and the guest, we have floor markings showing two-meter distance.
There is displayed signs regarding hand washing and using hand sanitizers in public areas and in bedrooms
Staff when checking in a guest will use hand gloves with Alcohol wipes for giving keys to guest also a face shield will always be worn when near a guest.
Guests will need to fill in the form with details of name and address and contact number and also declare that if they were in another country that they have to quarantine when they arrive that this has been done by them.
Temperature checks of all guest will be taken on arrival.
All bedrooms are cleaned then sanitized and sealed with a label and no one else can enter the room after they check in.
Towels for the second night stay will be placed in sealed bag in their bedroom so no housekeeper will need to enter the room.
Breakfast has been reduced and served directly to the guest with minimal contact.
All displays for menus and items in the bedrooms have been laminated for easy sanitizing.
Some Tables have been removed from dining room to facilitate social distancing.
In the kitchen all staff wear gloves , and hand sanitizer for use on entry to kitchen and exit. Disposable good quality napkins are being used with cutlery being wrapped in for safety
